If OP is working on the front wheel, there will always be a steering knuckle to deal with! How else is the car going to steer?
The front wheel bearing is pressed into the steering knuckle, then the hub is pressed into the bearing! At least that's how I remember it; maybe my memory is betraying me! 🙄 🙄 🤣 Don't get mad at me, I didn't design the car, I just mess them up! 🤣🤣
I know the thread didn't show how to remove the hub from the bearing or knuckle, those steps require a hydraulic press with the proper adapters!
BTW, watch out for the ABS harness, remove it before loosening any steering parts, or take the risk of it breaking internally!!

No... Not the same at all. They're bearing hub assemblies, and are bolted on just like the rears.
