I noticed when I start driving and I hit 5-10 mph I hear a clunk on driver side only does it one time ant ideas

go to the dealer and drive another similar truck, see if it is a characteristic of that model. maybe an ABS module self test or something like that? ........

This is exactly what it is. I've have gotten used to hearing it. lol

My 2017 does the same thing

That's a ABS test. Will do it after every restart.
