Anyone else having issues finding their radio ID when trying to apply for a Siriusxm Radio subscription?

Didn't your Toyota dealership activate the trial subscription for SiriusXM before you took possession? They should have. I would have thought that you would have been bombarded with renewal subscription offers from SiriusXM like we were for our two current Toyotas.

You should be able to go to the SiriusXM website and subscribe using only your VIN at: Subscribe to SiriusXM - SiriusXM Radio

They will tell you what your ID is if you ask.

It's usually found by tuning to channel "0".

No, but it usually is: Get help with your SiriusXM Radio Activation

Regardless, it's not necessary to know the radio ID if subscribing for a radio that has previously had service. Just the VIN will do. If the previous subscription was in your name, that will work too.
