1) Are the windows suppose to come down 1/2" when closing doors? The trapped air inside the car requires slamming the front doors, my Venza used to lower the front windows 1/2 ".

2) Is there "easy exit" for the drivers seat when exiting the Highlander?

These are old technologies that should be on this car. I can't find the answers in the manual or any switches on the 12" display model.

I believe the answer is no to both of those. Idk if the air inside the car is what is causing the doors to require more force, as none of my other cars have that feature and still close effortlessly.

No, the Highlander doesn't open any windows automatically.

By "easy exit", do you mean things such as the seat moving back and the steering wheel moving up and away from you? If so, I'm afraid that's also a no. The tilt/telescopic wheel is still not power on Highlander; it's a lever you release, adjust the wheel, and put the lever back.

I thought I read the Platinum wheel was a power unit

If you are the only driver you could use the automatic seat position buttons (not sure what levels but might only be limited and up). You could set one for a lower seat setting for getting into and out of vehicle and set the other for your normal perhaps higher driving position.
