My remote fob stopped working this evening. I replaced the battery and even went home and got the other one. Neither one works. I know it’s not a battery issue. What can it be

Did you take the right keys? We have two identical sets: one for HB and one for C-HR.

Can you unlock the doors? When you put the key against the push start button, does the car start?
