22R Hesitation

I have a 1988 2WD pickup 22R and I think I have a problem with my carb. When it is on fast idle no problems but once it is kicked down, even if warm there is a bog when the throttle is snapped open about halfway. Its bad enough that it will stall if you do it a few times in a row.

Also, at all times there is a delay when you open the secondaries quickly.

If you know what might cause this please let me know.
