I found these 22r total engine rebuild kits on another site which one would you choose?

the reason i ask is you know how some parts are made very cheap ect,, Like i can find a timing chain kit for a 22r for 20 bucks + 30 worth of shippin ect but it comes with lots of stuff 2 new sprockets chain seals front and rear oil seal. and water pump housing and new chain tensioner?
I dont want to be buying parts i have to change out in 30 000 k not saying they wont last that long whats your view on this engine rebuild kit quality?
