2k factory fogs

I think I saw a Corolla yesterday with the same body style as mine although it had what looked to be factory foglights.

Is there a factory foglight for a 2k corolla. If so, whats it take to get it (new bumper, fogs).

2k's didn't get an option of foglamps.
