3rd row removable?

There are a few 4th Gen 4 runners out there with 3rd row seats. Does anyone know if they are removable like in the Land Cruisers? I know they go up and down, but can they be taken out?

Also, on the 5th Gen 4 runners the legroom distance in the 3rd row is 29 ish inches. Does anyone know the legroom distance on the 4th Gen Runners? I know it's tight but was looking for actual numbers.

I have an 07 limited with removable back seats. They can be taken out. There is hold down mechanism that locks them in. Pull a level and they release. Hope that helps.
