I own a corolla G-Touring Wagon all-trac with 4a-fe engine with the trans/axle a241h.Does anyone know if the 4a-ge 20v silvertop would work with this Trans.
It should. However, it should also be noted that the 20V has a notch out of it somewhere (block or oil pan, I forget) so it will clear the transfer case. Regular 16V 4A-GEs don't.
^^ The 4A-GE's dont. The 4A-FE's do tho. It should just bolt straight on. We tested my C50 (off the FE) on the 20v i now have in there while we were changing the clutch on the silvertop, that one fit perfectly.
