I saw the Mod Thread on this, but I want to know if anyone has tried using the 4 Runner switch itself instead of gutting it for the original? From what it appears, the Mod requires you to gut the 4 Runner switch and continue Moding your factory switch with its componants. Well anyone that has ordered the switch can clearly see it is a much better switch and would look fabulous installed. I can see it is a bigger switch, but my thought was this. Use this 4 runner switch by modding the plate to where it fits and go from there... Has anyone tried this or is their some reason why you cant do this?
