All tranny's used on any E series engine will bolt right on.
The gears from any A series engine can be swapped into your existing bellhousing.
If you're made of money, TRD makes several close-ratio racing gearsets for the 4E/5E.
Or if you're REALLY made of money, Quaife offers several universal racing gearboxes for fwd cars.
I'm pretty sure those are your only options.

what are you doing to that poor car that would result in breaking 3 tranny's? Between rallying, and solo racing, and all my daily driving, and teaching a few chicks how to drive stick, I'd like to think that I'm rougher on my tranny than most people. My car has 230K and I'm still on my first tranny...
