I'm new to the board so I apologize if this has been covered a million times already....

Can someone shed some light on what it typically costs to convert a NA car to the 3SGTE engine? I'm interested in total cost... (i.e., including trans, axles, major wiring harness mods?)

it cost me 4000cdn....on my celica though..but there shouldn't be much difference...used my stock tranny...with an mr2 turbo flywheel and plate....with a front mount intercooler...engine..ecu..wiring harness...oil...bov and such...

After I picked up all my missing pieces for my 2... it came out to about $4,500. That is including the $800 labor. Worth every penny. But as most will tell you... it is cheaper to just buy the turbo in the first place. But if your impulsive like me... you will by the NA and swap it.
