so what mods can you/should you do to your transmission to prepare for any sort of forced induction? i'm still playing with the thought of switching to manual, but if i decided to... supercharge my 5sfe, i definately couldn't have it stock... would it be more expensive to build up the tranny or swap in a manual? and also... what's this i hear about an auto sport clutch?

First thing I would do is get a B&M Transmission Cooler it’s a pretty inexpensive upgrade. Level 10 does build-ups on Toyota transmissions, but there is a heavy cost to it.

Go buy a cooler. Find a place to mount, in front of the rad or any where that get air flow or even a fan on it.
Find the hose from the tranny to the rad, thats the stock tranny cooling. Extent and connect the hose to the new cooler. Done ;)
