Very similar, if not identical.

You need an 2 channel amplifier. which needs power, ground, and remote turn on wires, along side with line level RCA from the radios preamp outputs. Make sure the RCA outs are labeled front or rear.

Wire the 6x9s to the amplifier, pretty straightforward.

After the system is operational be sure to set gains/line levels to avoid distorting and blowing up your speakers.

If you've done a subwoofer installation than this should be no problem. The only difference is the speakers, and the signal being fed to the amplifier.

You would get the same signal out of either the front or rear preamp out.

But because your speakers are located in the back, you would want to use rear preamp out.
This way you still have the ability to use the radios fade/balance feature on the speakers.

Do you have one amplifier for both your 6x9s and subwoofer? Or do you have two amplifiers, one for the 6x9s and one for the subwoofer? My question is, what equipment do you have to set up?
