'86 upper door hinges?

Where can I find some upper door hinges for both sides for my 86 2wd pickup? I can find lowers all day, but nobody seems to think uppers go bad too. At least a hinge repair pin and bushing kit would be nice. Anyone have any suggestions?

Aren't the upper and lower hinges the same.

thats what i thought i had read, before i ordered some for it. then went to put them on and it didn't work. i just went and took pictures of them on the driver side to show:

new driver side lower:

old driver side upper:

I fixed mine with GM pins and bushings. It's more work than just replacing the hinge itself, but the end result is a better hinge.

i was wondering if that might work. i think that may be the route
