I believe there were only DX and LE models back then. The DX was a base model and had a black rubber bumper. If you have a painted plastic bumper mtaching the car's color, then the car is an LE.

It may have a DX or Lx Label on the body somewhere
Another easy way to tell is:

DX - Antenna is at the front, near the driver's door.

LE - Antenna is at the back, near the trunk
Some differences:

Base: All vinyl door panels, vinyl backed seats, no glove box light, A-pillar antenna

DX: Upper fabric section on door panels, all cloth seats, glove box light, A-pillar antenna

LE: Upper and lower door fabric sections, all velour cloth seats (or leather), glove box, map and visor lights, powered trunk antenna

There are many other differences, but those are easy to spot.
