Hey im new and i just bought a 91 celica gt-s its got 134,000 miles and i think i got it for a steal for 2,100 the bodies in great shape i only have a custom intake for now, but i have a question is it worth swapping a 2nd gen mr2 turbo motor, or is it to much work?????

a 2nd gen mr2 turbo motor the 2.0 16v twin cam

The engine Mounts are the same and for the clutch and flywheel so you can use your transmission.... here's a link that kinda explains that for you.


However I would recommend looking at this first.

I had one of these on order and was going to go down there to get it installed but my celica didnt last as long as I had hoped, some stupid deer ran infront of us and so we decided to swerve to miss it and hit the ditch and the ditch was about 2ft high of water... electrical needed to be replaced so the car was written off...
