So what do you guys think? Not a bad start. Anyway, Currently i am getting a new paint job and all that jazz. Got to do some work to the carbon fiber to get it to sit just right. I am running a dyno next weekend. gonna post the results. Pretty sure i am in the 270 rwhp range.

1st of all, welcome to TN..Where are you in HI.? I'm from Ewa Beach.
Nice set up, though if you cleaned up your valve cover it would look even nicer.
Not sure exactly where what you already have installed ends and what you're gonna do starts.
I would think with the TD06 and the other mods listed, that you would be pushing more than 270 HP. How much boost are you running?
And where on the Island is there a Dyno?

I am living in Waipahu right now, in the Royal Kunia area. I have a good friend of mine that lives over in Ewa Beach. Anyway, yeah, the 270 is just a round about figure. Just a guess, like I said i have not had a chance to get on a dyno. I am going to Import Parts and Perfromance to do the dyno. A good friend of mine, as well as me and few other guys are developing a new software for tuning engines, particulary in the forced induction market. We have flown out a couple of big time tuners, Jeff Abrams and a couple of othe rotary guys, my friend has a rx-8. Anyway, that is when i will really be able to see how much i really have. But, yeah, i am going to clean the whole engine compartment at some point. I will repost when i get some nice good clean shots

ew, i hate when there is a bunch of colors all over the place like that. Id much rather just see one color and polished everything.

But it sounds like that car is setup for more than what you have. It almost seems like the supporting mods are actually good to support at least 400whp. But your turbo is something for the low 300's. But still, thats a nice setup. I would think you should be able to get more than 300hp at the dyno though. Are you getting it tuned or are you jsut doing some power pulls

So, I have gotten around to cleaning up the engine bay. I decided to keep it simple and easy to look at. Sometimes less is more. I am also going to paint the trottle body. And put a plate over the rear portion of the engine. Anyway, i went with blue and silver for the engine compartment. Next thing is a new paint job. I think I am going to go with Graphite Gray w/ Black Trim. I am also putting the Border Body Kit on. But that will have to wait until i am back from vacation.

New Stuff

Well, now that i have all that done, I am going to rip it out and start over. Ha Ha. I have found a guy that will powdercoat everything i want for around 100 dollars. I am still going to keep the Blue and Silver, but i am going to redo the valve cover, throttle body, tension bars, water pump, eshaust manifold, etc. I think this will be a bit more durable. I am also upgrading my fuel pressure regulator, installing a oil catch can, and retuning. Should be able to hit 330 or 340. We'll see. I will post some more pics when I get the powdercoating done.
