Hi all,

This is for my father-in-laws' 92 camry le with ~220k miles on it, 4cyl 5sfe engine and auto trans. Anyway, a few weeks ago he told me when he turns there is a clicking noise coming from near the tire, especially when he he accelerates while turning. Sure enough, the CV axle boot is broken so water and dirt probably got up in there contaminating the grease.

He just called me and told me now the steering wheel has started shaking while driving even in a straight line, but worse when turning.

I'm guessing the axle should really be replaced now?
