'92 Pickup Bed

Hi All,
I recently bought a wrecked Pickup. The bed was hit near the end on the driver's side. The panel looks pretty bad and the bumper is bent. However, the frame is still straight and the passsenger side of the box is not damaged or bent from the tailgate pushing it in the collision. I have been looking for a complete bed to replace the wrecked one. I have come to the conclusion that a bed is going to be difficult to find. Is there an alternative bed that would work for it? How hard would it be to replace just the panel on the existing bed? Any and all info and advice is welcomed and apprreciated.

if you could post pictures of the wrecked panel, you MIGHT be able to plasma cut it, replace with new sheet metal and weld it into place.. DEPENDING on the condition of everything around it, but pics would definetly help
I live in western NY and have a 100% solid bed if you're interested, it's a long haul but well worth it. The truck itself is from cali and you're welcome to take what you want (for a reasonable price, of course) because it has no papers and me and my dad are gonna part it out anyway.
