I have a rattle that started in the exhaust where the O2 sensor bolts in. Sounds like a piece of metal boucing around inside the exhaust. Any idea what it may be or where it could come from? Engine continues to run fine and I'm at a loss what could be in there. Could the end of the O2 sensor fall off? Very weird.

Sounds like a catalytic converter coming apart internally. Very common issue.

I bet the heat shield on the exhaust elbow ,above the cat ,or above the muffler.

Turns out it is the heat shield on the catalytic converter. Thanks

No problem,I had that issue sometime last year and it drove me nuts haha!
Mine was the shield above the muffler.
