'93 Paseo aftermarket CD player/radio

I am trying to put an aftermarket CD player/radio in my '93 Paseo. The only problem is, I can't figure out how to get the middle console out. Can anyone give me specific directions on taking off the middle console that houses the radio? Thanks

One quick way to see how to do this is to go to torontopaseoclub.com, find the Forum section on DIY Tips and Guides, and locate a post from August of 2005 called "Someone here who removed the dashboard...?" A subsequent reply to that post included a handy exploded drawing that should tell you a lot. (You could get the same or a comparable drawing in a Chilton's or Haynes manual, of course.) Enjoy!
1. Pull on the plastic cover panel. It has 4 clips that hold it in.

2. Unscrew the 4 screws holding the radio in the dash.

3. Unplug the connectors.

My bad. I spent quite a bit of time wrangling with a Paseo dash a couple of weeks ago (take out the seats to remove the trans tunnel??) and forgot the radio was the easy part!
the trim panel around the radio/ashtray/cupholder snaps off then you'll see the 4 screws holding the radio plate in. From there it should be a cakewalk.
I have a PDF on my Paseo Performance page that shows pictures.
