93 Paseo Emergency Brake Not working

Hello!
Trying to figure out why a 93 Paseo emergency brake would stop working after changing rear brake pads.

Any leads?

Adjust the tensioner.

did you reconnect the ebrake cable to the rear shoes, if it was an adjustment thing you wouldnt have any brakes or a low brake pedal, could still be that it is out of adjustment though
