93 toyota pickup efi fuse blowing

i have a 93 toyota pickup 2wd automatic with a 22re that blew the efi fuse every time i turned the key in order to try to get the truck home i put in a wire jumper the truck started then died about 15seconds later so i towed it home droped the fuel tank temporatily hardwired the fuel pump put new fuse in truck still wont start i am getting fuel to the fuel rail

thats all i have tested and i need help please
