Hi, I've just acquired a new to me Previa which had the wipers snapped off by the previous owners ex girlfriend.

One of the wiper mounts appear solid but the one on the left moves around freely and appears the mounting below the wiper assembly is snapped. Is this fixable?

I just can't work out how to remove the broken piece. It looks like its welded on but I'm not sure.
