If you take off the master cyl. cap first, keep it full at all times, and change out that line while catching the dripping fluid in a jar, connect it to your caliper and let it drip out of the bleeder screw you won't have to bleed anything. It's called gravity bleeding. If not, you will have to bleed out the whole system.
Note: if you clamp your old rubber line (vice grips), disconnected it from the caliper, attach the new line to the caliper before you open the master cyl. it will go much faster and cleaner.

You can try just bleeding the fronts first, and if they don't feel right, go back and do all 4 wheels.
