My blower fan doesn't come on when I press any of the fan switches. I took apart the dashboard and powered the blower motor manually and it works fine. I then hooked up a voltmeter to the plug that was supposed to supply power to the blower motor and it read 0.5 volts (obviously not enough). Something else worth noting... when any of the fan switches are depressed, I can hear a clicking sound somewhere by the electronics near the glovebox area. The LEDs on the fan switches go dim and bright with the clicking sound. It clicks about twice per second. By the way, I have an Avalon XLS. Any ideas? Please help!
