95 gs300 replacing front bumper

Hey guys, i'm currently in a crisis trying to replace the front bumper cover for my mom's 95 gs 300. I have to take the headlights off to get to the two screws loose. So how in the world can you take the head lights off? any tips or guides would be perfect. Thanks so much in advance.
