Folks,

The rear panel on the drivers side between the fuel lid and the tail light is badly damaged. Is this a swappable part like the front fender, or do I have to get sheet metal work done at the body shop?

Thanks.

It would help if you can post a pic of the damage.

You might be able to pound it out but if you have much damage you will have to cut it off and weld a new quater panel on.

Or in computer terms a "Cut and Paste"

A good auto body shop will either reshape the panel or like said above, cut and weld a new section in. How badly were you hit? Did it compromise the frame of the car? Your alignment might be permanently altered.

Well do you see any screws there? I sure didnt, no its not a swappable part, you have to cut and weld. If its not bad you can have the panel pulled out.
