I bought a 98 sienna XLE aug 22 had a pull to the left was diagnosed with bad steering rack.
I have replaced the steering rack, struts, ball joints, tie rod ends, torsion bar links and tires with new rims. The front has been aligned twice.
The van pulls worse to left as bad or worse than before...aargh feel like charlie brown

If it's anything like my T100 we had to come up with new alignment numbers that drove well and didn't eat the right tire up. New numbers are no-where close to what Toyota said was correct. Been using my numbers now for 25 years without any issues.

Try switching the front tires right to left to eliminate if it’s a tire problem. Check the brakes for a bad (sticking) caliper. Find yourself a shop that specializes in suspensions and alignments, there aren’t many anymore but they are out there.
