You'd have to go to the dealer to have them look it up. Regular OBDII readers won't be able to read what the code is. I had the same blinking SRS light and the dealer discovered it was a bad driver's side seat belt tensioner. I had to get the whole seatbelt harness replaced for a little over 4 Benjis.

The SRS is air bag and restraints related.The ABS can be a few things. Bad inner axle seal allowing gear oil to fill up around the sensor and ring preventing magnetism for sending the signal back, bad ABS pump, or hopefully just a bad sensor or possible bad connection some where, and even a blown wheel bearing can set off your light.
