The SRS is air bag and restraints related. The ABS can be a few things. Bad inner axle seal allowing gear oil to fill up around the sensor and ring preventing magnetism for sending the signal back, bad ABS pump, or hopefully just a bad sensor or possible bad connection some where, and even a blown wheel bearing can set off your light. Hope this helps. You'd have to go to the dealer to have them look it up. Regular OBDII readers won't be able to read what the code is. I had the same blinking SRS light and the dealer discovered it was a bad driver's side seat belt tensioner. I had to get the whole seatbelt harness replaced for a little over 4 Benjis.
