I was curious if anyone knew what could cause my front passenger side wheel to squeak when I rock the car back and forth. I noticed this yesterday while going over a speed bump, and was able to reproduce it with the previous method.

Note: It does this when the car is off as well as on.

I just drove the car across the country, and where I am now has a lot more speed bumps. Not sure if this is what caused the problem.

What could be causing this issue? What would this cost to repair?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

migit128,

I would suspect worn rubber bushings in the front end suspension. There are also a few zerk fittings in the front that might need grease. The greasing should be done at oil change time to keep things properly lubbed.
