This car has been having some pretty bad oil consumption issues as of late, I'm just trying to see if these cylinder walls are still in decent condition. I've hear that sometimes a cylinder wall can be "washed" and I'm worried mine could be, as they have some shine to them. The second photo is pretty far, but they all look like the first image.

Yeah I can see some hatching left. Its pretty shiney but the hatching is visible still, its just graded down a little it seems. And yeah there is some pitting on the deck but Im going to have it resurfaced.

There isnt any pitting on the piston heads, its just small scratches, the light exaggerates them.
