Hi all....I'm Wolf, and new to this forum. Rhobot....that's my wife AKA Rhona has a 99 Paseo with 80,000 km (48,000 Miles).

Anyone have any suggestions?

Here's my dilema, I'm cheap, unless it's for my Kingpin and she's Scottish. She's been complaining that her car's idling rough, and low rpm once it's hot. Automatic car, 750 rpm idle in neutral and 6-650 in gear, sometimes dropping to 500. Recently changed plugs and air filter. Yesterday, changed fuel filter, then got the engine hot and cleaned the throttle body with Kleen Flo air intake cleaner, followed by Sea Foam - Deep Creep. Let it sit for 20-30 minutes and took it for a spin. I thought it was all right, but she complained the problem still persist. I took it out tonight, gave it a good hard run, and yeah, she's right (don't you hate that) idle still drops to 500-600 rpm at a stop.

Is there a way I can adjust the idle speed, or does it need to go to the shop?

Other suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks, Wolf
