Hi everyone. I'm researching a particular crime that took place involving a 1999 RAV4 and I was hoping someone out there with more knowledge than me could weigh in on something.

So, I was going through photos of the vehicle and there is one of the interior of this particular '99 RAV4 that made me wonder if a screw in the dashboard was missing. I have attached the photo here (don't worry, nothing disturbing).

What is your opinion? Is there a screw missing here?

Looks like a bolt/screw is missing from there.

Thanks for the diagram! It does seem to show a screw/bolt in that location.
