I have a 99 Tacoma with a V6. Everytime I start it when its cold the acceration is poor and it has no power. The more gas you give it the less power the engine has. It is throwing a lean code from the snap on box I use. I have no vaccum leaks that I can find, no exhaust leaks and all the problem sensors have been replaced. the only other thing I can think of is the cat converter. I have 190,000 miles on the truck. I have had mechanics look at it there are no obvious problems. After it warms up it runs ok but does lack power at times. Any one have any ideas. The lean code could be many things but we have checked most of them. Thanks in advance for any help.

its been awhile since it has been on the machine, but I believe it was p171 or p172 for the lean code. it was initally pointing to bank 1 sensor 1 but the o2 sensor has been replaced. Thats why we were thinking the cat was clogged and needs to be replaced but it is the factory cat.
