Looking to do both L/R cv axels and i see a part while on Rockauto, a CV shaft seal... Will i be needing to replace those when replacing the axels?

Heres the part number: ATP RO54 {#9031135010, 9031135019, 9031135045

do i buy x2 of the same seal for both L/R?

If they are not leaking now and you don't damage them when doing the job then no need to replace.
I have never known a paid mechanic that would not replace seals on an axle job.
I always change seals as well, because the old ones are worn, and replacing them after you've done the job simply means doing the job over again.
But, if you don't mind pulling the axles a second time, go ahead.

Do i need a gasket sealant when installing or they just press in?

No sealant. They tap in with a seal driver or a socket that is the right size to substitute for one. Not to contradict anyone, but when it is all apart is the time to replace the seal whether it is still good or not. Seals are cheap when weighed against having to pull everything apart again should the old seal fail.
FWIW
YMMV
