Why are they so unpopular. They seem to be setup in such a way that they would provide a very compliant ride. Softer spring than others use. I have owned a Tacoma off and on for the past 7 years and have never heard of these.

It's easy to undercut someone if you basically steal the design without paying for all of the engineering it took to create it. I know, because my company is battling Chinese cloners on multiple fronts...
