My son's 1989 Toyota pickup is getting no power -- no headlights, no horn, no radio, no starting. Battery is good. Any thoughts on possible problem/solution will be greatly appreciated.

First things I would check are battery connections, cables and the ground connection.

Sounds like fusible link under hood by battery. You should see 2 cables coming off '+' battery post. 1 to the starter and other this fuse box.
