It's probably not new but it's my first time to see ad banner on the radio screen when I listened to a local FM channel this morning. Some local tire store's ad about a $19.99 oil change and a tire deal. When did it start and is there anyway not to display it?

I haven't noticed this on our HL's nav/audio system. Personally, I think it's a bad idea, as we already have too many distractions.

Is this something that might have come through your phone?

It's part of the HD radio system and it's annoying. The commercials for divorce lawyers, dentists and other crazy crap. That's why I stay over on my satellite radio channels, no BS commercials.
