Quick question for y'all. Im trying to remove the driveshafts from the transmission (auto) of my AE92 rolla... they have some back and forth play but wont actually pull out. Am I missing something?

Do I need some kind of puller tool?

get a mallet and a pry bar... U should beable to get her out with a fight... for some reason ae92 driveshafts are a bitch to remove

thanks for the prompt replies! Much better than other forums..

I did try getting a rod on the shaft and giving it a bit of a hammer... its hard to get a pry bar in there from underneath as the car is simply on axle stands.. but I will try from above again tonight

There was some mention of some kind of c-clip.. is this something I need to worry about? Im not removing the shaft from the hub.. only from the transmission

btw... the C-clip is on the inside of the trans... tis what helps keep the oil seal in place and sealing... nothing to worry about really, just makes it a bitch to get out

Ah not far, Im in Kelmscott, just near the end of South St/Ranford road.

Wont worry about the c-clip then..
