AE92 header and AW11 header the same??

Ok, I'm looking for a header for my 89 MR2 with a ST 20v. I've been told that the 16v header can be notched to fit the 20v, is that true?

Second question. I was also told that the AE92 header will fit the MR2. Is this true too? Are they the same?

same mounting points but different exits as far as I know. You can't use an AW11 header on an AE92 and Viceversa. You can use your MR2 header if you install a 20V and your MR2 though.
