My 93 mr2 3sgte AFM sensor just took a shit, so i went to the dealer to get a replacement...$650. screw that, so i found a cheaper($250) remanufactured 92 3sgte on the internet. i was wondering if this would be compatible? same engine, should work right?:D

you can call toyota and ask them...... obd systems were changing rapidly in the early 90's, so there's a chance they're different

sure aslong as the harness connects...

all Air flow meters work the same way... there is only 3 different kinds between every manufacturer and they for the most part operate the same way...

MR2 uses the Vane type... i wouldn't even imagine the harness connector would be different. toyota is great that way.

but don't send me a bill if it doesn't :)
