After reading this forum for over a year, I finally bought (in November) a black 2007 double cab 4x4. Love the Taco. Awesome piece of machinery.

So we're "playing" in the snow yesterday and managed to mash the front quarter panel of my cousin's Ford Explorer. Real Einstein moment on my part. Worst part of it, besides having to pay for his repairs, is that I now have a hairline crack in my rear passenger tail light. I'm debating on whether to just replace it with OEM or getting an aftermarket replacement.

I searched and found a few older threads with aftermarket tail lights, but nothing really jumped out at me. Do any of you have any pics of aftermarket tail lights on your Taco that you could post? Any links or recommendations would also be appreciated. Thanks!

i personally like the look of the OEM tails over any of the aftermarket ones that i have seen. those alteeza (sp) and any other LED taillight setup just isnt my cup of tea.

if you want to look for an OEM taillight, ebay usually sells them for ~$75 ea. kinda pricey (i think), so just look out for someone on the forum that'll sell them cheaper. i lucked out and bought an extra set of tails (driver and pass) for only $35. not sure if it was from here or on CT, but good deal nonetheless
