aftermarket torsion bar question??

yep, was searchin for T100 parts and found this, i got to thinking, is this a Torsion bar that will give ya an extra 1.5inches??

also it says for 93-94, but would it not fit the other models as well??

If yer looking fer a lift in the front...go with a ball joint spacer.

bam, i aint looking for a lift in the front at the time, just wondering if that is what the torsion bars above did, gave you a lil lift but yet still gave you like the stock ride comfort not the bumpy ride effect of the cranked up stock torsion bars
