how much did u pay for you intake?

cut the tube and drill a hole for the sensor
the kit was $100, I have a MAF not a MAP sensor. It is square and bolts on to the oem air box.
????? what are you trying to make???

i got 90 GTS too.....and all i bought was AFM adapter plate.......

and one of the holes that on the pipe is for a vacuum line after the AFM....

I bought the "complete" intake kit. If you put a cone filter on the end of the MAF the battery is too far up and the coolant resivoir wont fit.

I know the one little tube that sticks out is for the vac. line, but there is a hole about an 1" in diameter cut beside it. I went back to part source and they say it is the same part # for the 1.8L corolla engine. WTF!!!! If I wanted something that I had to cut an modify I sure would want to spend less than $100!!!
If you have AFM you can't put an intake on your car.. well unless you custom make it. You can only put an AFM adaptor and then attach a filter to it. $50 bucks right there for filter and adaptor.

then the battery has to be pushed up and the coolant bottle wont fit. Thats why I am in this mess. I "modified" the stock tube but it still wont fit right.
