I want to get rid of the stock air meter on my 95 22RE, I found a coversion kit but it runs $1000.00. I was woundering if a air meter off a 95 tacoma would work on my truck? The tacomas have the VAF.

MK3 Supra's have the 5M or 7M motor. I can't remember which one, but i think the 5M's VAFM fits right on.

Search button may help you, look for 22RE VAFM replacement or something similar to that.

1982 supra VAFM is what you want. Its pretty much bolt in, with the excepton of the airbox.

Tacoma's use MAF sensors, a heated wire that when cooled by the intake air, changes the resistance of the wire.

Your VAFM uses a flap door to meter the air.

Has to say those exact numbers on the lid, otherwise keep lookin.

I got one but didnt have those numbers on it so I'm now waiting for this weekend to gut the electronics out of my stock one to transfer into the supra one.
