How to turn on the airbag on C-HR 2019?

Sit in the seat and the airbag should turn on.

When I’m by myself sit on the driver’s seat, it show “airbag off.” But when there is also people sit in passenger seat it will show “airbag on.”
I’m scared when I’m by myself…

Sit in the passenger seat and see if it turns on and have someone else sit in the driver seat and do the same thing.

Reading the owner's manual would be beneficial for you. On page 46, it goes over the conditions as to when the airbag off light will come on and what it pertains to. The indicator light only refers to the front passenger seat condition. The driver's side airbags are never off and will never be switched off. If you have the SRS warning indicator lit in the gauge cluster, then that's when you need to have the car examined by a mechanic to figure out why there is a malfunction.
