I just installed my new All Pro plate bumper after having it Rihno Lined...don't know if I would have it lined again. I am regretting not having it powder coated due to the weight and possibility it wasn't completely coated in the hard to reach places.
Still waiting for a roller head from All Pro to finish the job. The way All Pro put the light tabs on the bumper make it a pain in the ass to mount the PIAA lights...they should have welded them to the bottom of the light hole, instead they decided to weld them to the side.
Mounting of the Mile Marker winch was a pain...will not fit in the bumper w/ the electrical box on top of the winch. I had to mount the box under the hood and run some long wires to make it work.

besides all the pain you had with it, it looks badass and i like the rhino lining idea, what is the price difference in rhino lining it and powdercoating it?

Thanks,

Powder coating is about $75 more according to the prices I found in Utah. I paid $200 to get it rhino lined.

We got 2 powder coated for $137.00. I can't believe they wanted to charge you $275 to powder coat one. That's a rip-off. Looks good though, be interested to see how it holds up over itme.
shoot it should hold it up for ever, unless he gives it complete hell. how thick is the rhino lining

Has anyone who got the Allpro had problems with the top of the bumper rubbbing on the top, near the headlight?

I have the driver's side rubbing when I hit bumps...drives me crazy. I am going to make some shims/washers to bring that side down.

Just slot out the holes on the side that rubs. Use a dremel or something like it to make the holes bigger in the top side, that way the bumper will sit a little lower.
